Garden Room Extension - Market Lavington
Garden room extension involving substantial piling due to the nature of the strata. Called a ring beam footing, this type of foundation requires very careful monitoring throughout its construction and is subject to intensive scrutiny by the local planning authority.


Total Renovation - Box
This renovation project was a complete strip back. The old ground floor wooden floorboards were removed and replaced with a solid floor, and virtually every aspect of the house was addressed and bought up to standard. The grounds were engineered, removing about 160 tons of spoil.


Replacement of garage with new multi room structure - Market Lavington
This project required the removal of an old single garage and W.C. before foundations were laid for a large kitchen extension, wash room, W.C., snug , new garage, double bedroom (en-suite) and new attic room. This project has nearly doubled the size of the existing house creating a very comfortable, spacious family home.




Renovation & conversion to Dental Surgery - Devizes
This involved the total renovation of the existing structure and an extension to the rear in order to accommodate a new surgery and x-ray room. Chimney breasts on the ground floor were removed to maximize space for the waiting room and reception giving an open plan look to the new practice.
